Dean of the Institute and Dean of Sabratha Municipality Honor Staff of the Maritime Council Following the Conclusion of the Training Course

This morning, Tuesday, January 27, 2026, the Dean and members of the Sabratha Municipal Council participated in the closing ceremonies of the second training course organized by the Institute for employees of the Sabratha Municipal Council's office. The course targeted (15) trainees in the field of computer software.

The President and members of the Sabratha Municipal Council also participated in the graduation ceremony for the first cohort of students from the Institute's Engineering Management Department. During the ceremony, a graduation project by a number of female students was presented, showcasing an ambitious future vision for establishing Libya's first Marine Science Museum in the city of Sabratha.

During the ceremony, the Dean of the Municipality delivered an encouraging and motivating speech to the Institute's students, in the presence of the graduates' families, their professors, and colleagues. He emphasized the importance of joint work with centers of expertise and the need for urgent future partnerships to contribute to the public good and enhance the path of local development.
